Goals
- Provide a strong volunteer force for Correia and promote a positive atmosphere for volunteering and fund-raising.
- Elect a diversified board that includes representation from all feeder schools.
- Encourage strong communication with the other schools in our cluster.
- Communicate the value of the Correia Association to the school and to the community and encourage their involvement.
- Raise funds early in the year, as needed, to benefit the current students; provide necessary start-up funds for the following school year.
- Build on the solid foundation created for this organization and remain flexible as we grow.
- Work collaboratively with the staff and parents to coordinate volunteer efforts and fund-raising and to establish funding priorities.
- Promote involvement of seventh grade parents by mid school year in order to maintain continuity in the organization from year to year.
- Continue working with our valuable business partners and aid in forming new partnerships of mutual benefit.
